Effects of alprostadil combined with tanshinone IIa injection on microcirculation disorder, outcomes, and cardiac function in AMI patients after PCI

چکیده
Background: Alprostadil can effectively dilate blood vessels, improve cardiac microcirculation, and reduce load. Tanshinone IIa injection protect against atherosclerosis myocardial oxygen consumption. However, the effects of alprostadil combined with tanshinone on microcirculation disorder, outcomes, function in patients acute infarction (AMI) after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) are still not fully clear.
